I started baking almost 25 years ago! I was inspired to create delicious treats for my son who has had many food allergies since he was an infant. I am self-taught with the help of YouTube creators and food bloggers.

All of my treats are gluten free and corn free. I became sensitive to gluten and corn around 2015 and my diet has been free of those two food items ever since.
